Epps is a human in the Movie continuity family.

Epps is a master sargeant in the United States Air Force. He keeps a Visa credit card in one of his many back pockets. The one on his left butt cheek, to be specific. He's also one of the guys who first encounter Blackout, and later fight Scorponok. That day just went from bad to worse.

He's under the command of Lennox.
