The Path Blaster is a semi-automatic weapon that fires dense packets of molten metal with a good deal of accuracy. There are a number of common modifications to the basic model, perhaps none so remarkable as the so-called "Gambler" upgrade, which inserts an explosive synthetic Destronium round randomly into every magazine.
History[]
Transformers: Fall of Cybertron[]
Optimus Prime used a Path Blaster as his primary weapon during the final days of the evacuation from Cybertron. The weapons were also commonly carried by Infiltrators.
Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark[]
The Path Blaster is available in escalation along with all the other weapons from Fall of Cybertron.
