The Kaon Police Academy is where eager young Autobots looking to make a name in law enforcement go to learn from the brightest, the best, the most experienced cops Cybertron has to offer. Their instructors are tough and their standards are high, but graduates of the KPA can be counted on to keep the peace wherever the long arm of the law reaches.

Strongarm was a cadet at the Kaon Police Academy, teamed with Lieutenant Bumblebee for on-the-force experience, when circumstances resulted in her winding up on Earth.

One of her instructors at the Academy was Dropforge, who she was fond of.
Guilty as Charged[]
Her best friend at the Academy was Nightra; they were once caught by Dropforge drag-racing in the Hall of Studies. When Nightra attempted to have Strongarm cover for her for swiping a keyfile, Strongarm refused to lie under questioning by the Academy's Proctors, resulting in Nightra's expulsion.
