RIDtitles Alchemor

The Alchemor about to crash on Earth by Megatronus.

The Alchemor, also known as Decepticon Island, was an Autobot prison ship carrying some two hundred Decepticon prisoners under the custodianship of the Caretaker Mini-Cons Fixit, Toolbox and Cinch, along with many others. It crash-landed on Earth years after the defeat of Unicron and restoration of Cybertron, allowing many of its prisoners to escape confinement. This prompted Optimus Prime to contact Bumblebee on Cybertron and direct him to travel to Earth, where he formed a new team of Autobots to recapture the escapees.

HistoryEdit

As the Alchemor passed by Earth, Megatronus — manipulating things from an alternate dimension — damaged the Alchemor, causing the Alchemor to crash on Earth in Pilot Part 1. Fixit survived the crash, albeit with some damage, but most of the ship did not. As a result, the stasis pods that were holding the ship's Decepticon criminals were scattered around Earth. Fixit was able to repair some of the damage to the ship's systems and tried to mayday Cybertron Control for assistance, to no avail. Bumblebee, who was led to Earth by visions of Optimus Prime, unwittingly took his new team to Earth where they caught up with Fixit and fought Underbite.

In Pilot Part 2, Bumblebee and his team, comprised of Strongarm, Sideswipe, Fixit and Grimlock, helped Fixit move parts of the ship into Denny Clay's scrapyard.

In As the Kospego Commands!, Strongarm managed to recover a Decepticon Hunter after she searched the area she salvaged it from.

In Lockout, it was revealed that Megatronus was responsible for the crash of the Alchemor as a means of releasing Decepticons such as Steeljaw's pack to enable his escape from another dimension.

In Metal Meltdown, the rest of it was located near Crown City's coast, and the Decepticon Island forces were in full control of it.

In Misdirection, Scorponok left the Alchemor supposedly to meet up with Steeljaw, who promised him a group of "elite warriors", though it turned out to be a trap for the Bee Team, allowing Steeljaw to free multiple Decepticons, which were Overload, Quillfire, Thunderhoof, Clampdown, Groundpounder and Springload.

In Portals, it was shown that a bunch of Mini-Cons who all looked like Fixit were being forced to work on the interior of the damaged ship, and when Steeljaw noticed this, Glowstrike mused that the Restrictor Collars they were wearing prevented them from activating their T-Cogs that enabled their built-in weaponry. The ship was also revealed to have a compartment housing a pair of extra Decepticon Hunters, which Glowstrike and Saberhorn requested him to help them open to discourage further mutinies among their crew.

In Decepticon Island, Part 1 and Decepticon Island, Part 2, Toolbox successfully escaped the crashed and heavily-patrolled ship before Steeljaw turned on Glowstrike and Saberhorn by taking the Decepticon Hunters for himself to try and find the Autobots at the scrapyard to warn them of the plans of their "Decepticon overseers" to repair the ship and leave Earth to cause chaos throughout the galaxy. When Steeljaw and the other Decepticons were defeated, Toolbox and his fellow Mini-Cons fully repaired the Alchemor and went to take the prisoners onboard back to Cybertron.

Several strangling prisoners would remain on the planet months later though they were eventually taken back to Cybertron onboard Prime Force One.
